The goal of this in-person conference is to develop practice changes and action items and understand needs of practicing clinicians in the area of social drivers.

We were profoundly saddened to learn of the passing of Dr. Benard Dreyer on January 1, 2025. This conference will continue, as scheduled. Our chapter Social Drivers of Health Conference planning team will be convening to prepare appropriate activities to honor Dr. Dreyer and his legacy.
