Welcome to the PRACTICE Grant Resiliency Quality Improvement Project
The AAP-OC is participating in the ACEs Aware Round 3 known as the PRACTICE Grant. Efforts are being led by Be Well Orange County in collaboration with several Orange County community-based organizations, physicians, and partners. AAP-OC will be conducting a Resiliency Quality Improvement Project to promote the ACEs Aware initiative among pediatric providers in Orange County.
